Who are we?

Drakyun is an online shop offering prints, stickers, small accessories, and more, created and managed by Lierre, an independent French illustrator. Drakyun sells products derived from her pop and colorful illustrations, centered around themes of fantasy, mythology, the natural world, with a strong touch of magic!

Where are the products sold on Drakyun.com made?

The art prints and notepads are printed in France, keychains are made in Spain, enamel pins and sticky notes in China, and stickers in Italy.

What are the delivery methods and timelines?

Orders are shipped via La Poste. The buyer can choose between tracked or untracked shipping.

Order processing times are 3 to 6 business days.

Delivery times are 2 to 5 business days for France and the European Union, and a few days to several weeks for international shipping.

Depending on the destination country, import taxes/customs fees may be charged upon delivery. Drakyun cannot be held responsible for these potential additional charges.

I made a mistake with my order, can I modify it?

The information provided by the buyer cannot be changed once the order is confirmed. Please make sure to double-check your information (name, address, etc.) before confirming the order.

However, in case of an error during the ordering process, the buyer is encouraged to contact Drakyun as soon as possible at the following email address: lierre.contact@gmail.com.

If the buyer does not reach out to correct the error before the order is shipped, Drakyun cannot be held responsible for failed delivery, delivery to an incorrect address, etc. In case the order is returned to the sender, the buyer must cover the return shipping fees.
